We offer complimentary shipping to major airports across the United States. Your new feathered companion will be safely transported via airline-approved carriers.
All shipping costs are included in the listed price of your parrot. We ship exclusively within the United States to ensure the safety and well-being of our birds during transport.

Shipments are scheduled Monday through Wednesday to ensure your parrot arrives before the weekend when airport cargo facilities may have reduced hours.
Home Delivery Service
Optional Nanny Service: For an additional $50, we offer door-to-door delivery via our trusted nanny service.
This service ensures your parrot is personally escorted from our aviary directly to your home, providing the most stress-free experience for your new companion.
Temperature Safety Policy
Temperature Embargoes Apply
For the safety of our birds, we do not ship when temperatures at the origin, destination, or any connecting airport fall below 45°F (7°C) or exceed 85°F (29°C).
If weather conditions require a delay, we will contact you to reschedule your shipment to the next available safe shipping day.

Returns Policy
24-Hour Arrival Guarantee
If your parrot arrives unwell, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will provide a refund or a replacement bird. Apart from this guarantee, we cannot accept returns, because rehoming causes live animals significant stress.
We strongly encourage all potential buyers to thoroughly research the species they are interested in, ask questions, and ensure they are prepared for the long-term commitment of parrot ownership before making a purchase.
Health Guarantee
Every parrot is examined by a licensed avian veterinarian before shipping and comes with a clean bill of health.
We recommend a wellness check with your own avian veterinarian soon after arrival. If your bird seems unwell within 24 hours of delivery, contact us right away so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
