Visitation Policy
We welcome prospective parrot owners to visit our aviary by appointment. To ensure a quality experience for both you and our birds, please review our visitation policy below.
1. Specify Your Parrot of Interest
Visitors are required to specify the parrot they wish to see prior to scheduling an appointment. This allows us to properly prepare the bird before your arrival and ensure they're ready to meet you.
2. Refundable Holding Fee
A refundable holding fee of $200 must be paid at least two days before the scheduled visit. This fee is fully refundable upon visit completion or cancellation with notice.
3. Confirm Your Appointment
Once we receive your holding fee, we'll confirm your appointment time. Please arrive on time and plan to spend 30-60 minutes with us during your visit.

All visits are by appointment only.
- Monday – Saturday: 10am – 5pm
- Sunday: Closed
Refund Policy
The $200 holding fee is fully refundable if:
- You complete your scheduled visit
- You cancel with at least 24 hours notice
